    高壓實驗室反應釜工作原理:高壓實驗室反應釜又稱高壓反應釜,是在實驗室進行高壓實驗時,廣泛使用的是高壓實驗室反應釜。高壓實驗室反應釜除高壓容器主體外,往往還與壓力計、高壓閥、安全閥、電熱器及攪拌器等附屬器械構成一個整體。  升降高壓實驗室反應釜采用環形稀土永磁耦合驅動器,攪拌力矩大,具有靜密封、無泄漏的特點。

      實驗室反應釜體與物料接觸部位材料主要采用 1Cr18NI9Ti 不銹鋼,攪拌軸承采用自潤滑耐磨軸套,攪拌槳采用推進式攪拌槳,轉速可高達到800轉/分鐘;物料分散均勻,適合于各種介質的攪拌。加熱控制系統采用 PID自動溫度控制儀表,溫度控制精確。儀表經整定后,可有效抑制溫度過沖。
