Lovely getaway that is close to Brisbane and only 10 mins from the shops on Tamborine. Lots of access to the the creek with lots of rock hopping for the little ones. So relaxing to get back to natures Room was comfortable and very affordable even during a holiday period. Breakfast was delicious!! Would have loved to have tried the restaurant for dinner but it doesn’t open early in the week but the kiosk was open for dinner.

Your feedback is very much appreciated and thank you for sharing your experiences with others. Our Rainforest Restaurant & Lounge Bar is open from Thursday dinner through to Sunday lunch. Hopefully your next trip may fall on one or more of these days. Alternatively, as you have mentioned, the Terrace Kiosk (pizzas and other favourites) always trades through to 7pm on Sunday to Wednesday during school holidays and in non-school holidays we offer platters delivered directly to your room or lodge.

Brought the family and did so many of the activities. We stayed for 4 nights but would have happily stayed for more as there is so much to do. We played the mini golf every day as it is a great course and our family really enjoyed it. The restaurant food is great as well – we had 2 dinners and breakfast was included in our rate, so we had breakfast every day. The kids loved the pancakes! We stayed in a 2 bedroom Creek Lodge which is within a rainforest and Cedar Creek is a stone’s throw from the cabin. We loved having the windows open and listing to the birdlife and other sounds of the bush. We played a game most nights working out the sounds. The best one was the hoot of a nearby owl as none of us had ever heard an owl before. We normally go interstate for these holidays but we think we may come back here next September as we think we will be rfeady for another Cedar Creek Lodges fix.

We visited with our family in March for my husband’s 70th birthday when we stayed in 2 adjoining apartments in the Log House, which we thoroughly enjoyed. This time we returned as a couple to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This time we stayed in a gorgeous little lodge – known as a Creek Lodge – which was one of a group of cottages located very close to Cedar Creek. The king bed was very comfortable, the wood fire was just perfect and the sounds of the forest and running water were magic. We were both very pleased with our decision to come back to Cedar Creek Lodge for our anniversary. We are in our (very early) 70’s so the high octane activities weren’t for us, however we had 2 games of the mini golf as it was such fun and a really well designed (and challenging) course. We have recommended this place to our best friends and they will be visiting in October for their anniversary.

Spent a few nights here in a cabin by the creek. Private balcony in the rainforest, spa bath and fireplace just made it all that better. We ate in the restaurant which was really nice. The other nights we just chilled in the cabin and did our own dinners. Definitely going back again!

Had a great weekend away with the family. Stayed in the 3 bed lodge which was really comfy and had everything we needed. The place is beautiful. So much to see and do. Wish we could have stayed longer. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was way better than we expected. The sizzle prawns are a must! All in all it was a nice getaway and not too far from home (Goldy).

Thank you for sharing your experiences when you stayed in Brumby Lodge and, I agree, the Sizzling Prawns are fabulous and are one of my favourites too. We are introducing our Spring Menu this week, however the Sizzling Prawns are an evergreen and will definitely remain.
