Ivory Palms is situated at the edge between Noosa and Tewantin. That guarantees you a different perspective on the busy Hastings street neighbourhood. You get to enjoy Gympie Street, the beautiful Noosa river and its parks, shops & restaurants and the nore laid back, down to Earth Tewantin. The resort itself has immaculate gardens, three swimminpools ( at least one with salt water), tennis courts, a small restaurant, several barbecues and lots of entertainement for children. If you are traveling as a couple, I suggest you ask for a one bedroom unit away from the pools and preferably a ground floor. Some of them look over a pond, have a garage and a little veranda and give you the sense that you are in your own little house! Peaceful, and not too far away from all the action.

Stayed here for a few days to break up our long Queensland trip. Resort busy as holiday weekend but staff very friendly & helpful. Apartment was clean & adequate for our stay. Freshly made pizzas we're yummy. Had everything we needed & lovely to sit on our deck overlooking the pool. Well situated to walk to Noosa Marina or drive to the National Park & Hastings Street for a meal/drink.

A lovely, low-key resort with 3 large pools, a bouncy hill, games room and a great Cafe with delicious wood-fired pizza. Plenty to do in the resort and around town. Will certainly come here again. Thanks all!

We have stYed here before and had a pleasant experience - however this time we were extremely disappointed that we bailed and stayed somewhere else. We were assigned room 18 - when we walked in we felt we were in an old peoples home facility. The room smelt musty, the furnishings were aged, and frankly it was just depressing. The location is a fair distance from the main street and so we opted for another hotel for the same price with much better rooms. We didnt even bother to try amd get our money back - we just wanted out. Had the room been well appointed we would have been able to accept the distance away from everything - but a shoddy room was definitely a deal breaker. Won’t ever return now we’ve found Noosavillage River resort just down the road with the same price and 100% better

Room Tip: Don’t bother - you could be offered a nice room but could also just as easily get a dodgy one....

During the school holidays we were looking for a family holiday location that we could drive to so decided on Ivory Palms Resort at Noosaville. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids all under 11. I phoned the resort direct to make a booking and settled on a 2 bedroom townhouse for 10 nights. They agreed to supply an extra roller away bed as there is definitely enough room for it. We arrived to find a very clean nautical themed townhouse that overlooked one of the ponds. There was no shortage of bathrooms in this townhouse, there was a powder room down stairs, a full bathroom upstairs and an ensuite with spa bath and shower. TV’s were plentiful to keep the kids happy, 1 in the lounge, another in the so called study area, and 1 in each bedroom so 4 in total. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and good to see 5 of everything. The gardens and resort were very well maintained, the staff are friendly even the guys mowing the lawn said G’day. We ended up swimming in all 3 pools. The larger heated pool was great on cooler days while on hotter days the other pools provided a cooler alternative. We played tennis on 2 occasions which was easy to book at reception. The kids loved the jumping pillows and it was safe for them to ride their scooters around the roads of the resort. We dined at the on-site restaurant on 2 nights which specialises in wood fire pizza. They are quickly prepared with fresh ingredients and severed to you table piping hot. The desert pizza was amazing make sure you try it. There is also a games room and playground. The resorts location is good, we walked most of the time as only a short walk to Noosaville along the riverside pathway and the local Bowling Club is right next door. We believe that the resort was good value for money, the facilities were great, the accommodation awesome good which all combined to allow us to enjoy a very relaxed family holiday on the Sunshine Coast. Highly recommended and we will visit again.
