Did halfday tour with Juan. Family with 4 kids aged 6-18 years old. We all had a great time, learnt about the area's history, nature and aboriginal culture in the area. Juan was amazing - knowledgeable and very patient with the kids. The oldest of the kids thought it was the best tour she could remember she had ever done ( and we have done a lot) and the youngest was loving the part where she could practise throwing spears. I appreciated learning about plants medical properties and areas of use. Perfect with half of the time on the beach and other half in the bush. Would never have dared to venture into the mangroves without a guide. Would recommend this tour to everyone wanting to learn about the area while spending a perfect day in the great australian outdoors.

Had a fantastic half day tour of Daintree and Cape Trib with tour guide Aaron. The tour was great and we stopped at so many great locations, I learnt so much from Aaron. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the Daintree region, he went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get as much as possible out of our tour. At points we had people from other tour groups tagging on to listen to Aaron’s amazing stories and explanations of the forest and cultural history. My only regret is not booking the full day tour. I am so glad I booked this tour rather than any of the larger more commercial tours.

We had an awesome half day tour with Aaron, local Aboriginal man who shared his knowledge of the local area, culture, nature, animals and bush food and medicine (I particularly loved a plant he showed us that is used as beautiful perfume!). Very personal small group tour. Highly recommend Walkabout tours. Thank you!
