You can cover the entire museum in less than 90 minutes and I highly encourage getting the audio guide.

Lovely museum with lots of tastefully presented models of inventions, architecture, infrastructure and transportation systems. Wish we could have spent even longer (museum closed early due to the strike). Kind security and museum staff. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

What a great way to spend an afternoon. On display were various types of energy sources, architectural models, communications devices, from the transatlantic cable to satellite. We even spotted the mechanical hand-crank eggbeater that we still use, and love, (#28 on your audio guide). Not to be missed are the Foucault pendulum and the aircraft suspended from the ceiling. Well done repurposing of an old church. Try not to miss the Metro station: Arts et Metier, for it's unique beauty in copper and brass. We saw pictures, and were eager to see it, but the Metro strike made it impossible. Domage!

We probably wouldn't have visited but for the fact that we were staying close by. Thought we might spend an hour there, but three hours later we agreed we'd had our money's worth. It's a bit like the Science Museum in London (i.e. not much art), divided onto various categories: power, transport, communication, light, and so on. Culminates in a converted church with aeroplanes and cars, and a Foucault's pendulum. Well worth the visit.

Wonderful museum with some amazing historical equipment. It takes you on a technological journey through time, beautifully displayed. The technology we have today has all been made possible by the history that is displayed in this fabulous museum. Seeing Foucault’s pendulum within the gorgeous church setting was a bonus.
