Great city adventure that let’s you experience city center through a whole new perspective! The kayaking experience was fun, easy and we were able to get beautiful pictures (and awesome memories!). This experience is great for families, friends, couples, even solo! You get about 2 hours to explore a nice stretch of the Liffey (from Capel Street Bridge to the Samuel Beckett Bridge). Someone from the company is always at hand (they cruise around on a motor boat) if you need any help, but you’re left up to your own device, so you can enjoy the views, get a bit of a workout, float for a while, take some great pics and even interact with people on the bridges. Great fun! Highly recommended. The price is more than fair (€25 pp), the staff was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, and the process (from booking to kayaking) was a breeze .

I have walked the bridges over the Liffey a hundred times but never gone under them, which I can now say I did with City Kayaking. This is an amazing little self tour to do for visitor and local. The lads at the quay are very friendly, got good banter and very helpful. Its well organised and safe and there's always someone going up and down in a boat keeping an eye on things. Highly recommend this to do. Very enjoyable

We booked a kayaking session with a friend as we seen from the quay- kayaks going up and down on the river and decided to give this new adventure a go. So we booked which was very simple and easy to do.... then came on the day. We arrived and my friend was a bit nervous & anxious about the adventure... the staff were very respectful of this and reassured him he would be ok and to be careful and to enjoy. So we were given our flotation vests and our pre boarding and safety advice. We were in the kayak and then we were away . My friends anxiety was eased by the constant but not intrusive supervision on the water and after about 20 mins we were comfortable, relaxed and confident on the water . We were at all times safe and having so much fun. This experience was absolutely epic and the staff are so friendly charming and full of joy and great to deal with - we have already booked another time - so we will see you again real soon :) thanks j Lads ??????????

As a proud dubliner, even though a non swimmer, this has been on the to do list for a few years. With the good weather booked on line and delighted to get a slot for Sunday morning. Exceptional value at €25 for adults & €12.50 for teenagers for two hours. On arrival I genuinely did not know what to expect, but from the very friendly staff member who met us and welcomed us, to his friendly colleague who gave us an informative demo on how to use the paddles and kayaks, encouraging us to start in front of berth and build up confidence. No need to be afraid, they have 3 safety boats patrolling the river. Each of the boats regularly come over and Check/chat with you. Again really nice guys giving little tips and chit chat. The friendly and personal team all make it a thoroughly enjoyable time. It's no wonder its been a success. Even their covid policy sees them to getting you to put your life jackets and paddles in containers which they are used to cleane them in after your trip. Thanks lads for a fab day
