Jack the Ripper Tour with 'Ripper-Vision' in London

1,216 reviews
Immerse yourself in Victorian London on this one-of-a-kind Jack the Ripper experience featuring RIPPER-VISION.? Unlike other tours, your guide uses handheld projectors to accompany spine-chilling tales of the murders committed by Jack the Ripper in the 1800s. As you explore the dimly lit back streets of Whitechapel, images of Victorian London are projected onto buildings to guarantee a highly atmospheric experience. Plus, an evening departure time means you’ll experience London at its most mysterious. ?

It was a last-minute decision to take a guided tour of the theatre but it turned out to be a highlight of the weekend. We were taken around the theatre by one of the actors and she really brought the theatre to life with her explanations about its use now and the history of theatre from Shakespeare's days. It wasn't at all serious but very informative and lasted about 50 minutes. It definitely made us all want to return to see a performance another day. Would highly recommend for all ages.

The theatre is beautiful, Mick, our guide, was brilliant and very entertaining, obviously because of covid, the tour was altered and instead of touring the galleries we were allowed onto the stage, i now really want to come and see a play here when they reopen.
